Existing members:
- Privilege VIP membership will be upgraded to Coco Adventurer Gold Card VIP.
- Gold VIP and Platinum VIP will be upgraded to Coco Pioneer Black Card VIP.
- Reward Points in GOLD VIP 和 PLATINUM VIP account will convert to Coco Points, amount will remain unchanged.
Membership Benefits and Coco Points Reward：
- VIP members benefits will be available for 12 months from the month of issue.
- You will receive one Coco Point for each HK$1 dollar spent in the stores and online.
- Coco Points have no expiration date.
- A Coco club member can enjoy birthday delights if he/she has provided the birthday information during the registration, once it is submitted during the registration it cannot be changed.

E-invoices, E-vouchers and newsletters will be sent out via email. - Coco Adventurer and Coco Pioneer Member can earn his/her fixed birthday Bonus Points on the first day of his/her birthday month. The 1.5X / 2X Bonus Points for respective tiers will be granted within 24 hours when the eligible spending requirements are met. As there can be movement of Membership Tiers throughout the month, for the benefit to our members, the 1.5X / 2X Bonus Points will be calculated based on the latest Membership Tier on the last day of the birthday month.
- To enjoy VIP membership benefits and earn Coco Points, your membership number or email must be presented before settling the payment at the point of use. Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours after your purchase, while the eligible spending on the day after your eligible purchase. After a transaction is completed, you cannot claim any missing Points.
- Coco Points are determined based on the amount of spending you made and the Points accumulated for redemption of the gifts, vouchers, event tickets via online.
- Once a redemption order is confirmed by a member, Points required for the redemption will be deducted from the account immediately, and the redemption order cannot be amended or cancelled.
- Points and spending will be deducted from your Account if you return products to us for a refund.
- Points do not carry any cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in lieu of cash.
