Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Can I add items to an existing order?

How do I know the products you sell are genuine?
As an authorized retailer for all of the products we sell, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% genuine.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. In that case, you may place your order as usual to ensure you have priority to receive the product once it is in stock. It usually takes 2- 6 days to restock. It will be dispatched along with other items in your order in one single shipment. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

What should I do if I could not pick up my order from Sally Coco Stores in 30 days?
Please contact our customer service team for extending the collection period or changing the delivery method on/before the deadline. If no advance notice is provided, the order will be cancelled automatically after the deadline and you may be unable to receive the ordered products/refunds after the cancellation is confirmed.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?
To protect your privacy and keep all your purchases hidden from inquisitive eyes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging, which means your item will arrive in an unbranded brown carton box or brown paper envelope with no indication of what’s inside.
For Hong Kong local shipping, “TOY” will be written in the item description on the consignment note.
For international shipping, unfortunately, due to international shipping regulations, we are required to write a more detailed description on the consignment note. But, generic wordings will be used such as "Health Massagers", "Rubber Toys", "Silicone Toys", "Body Lotion" etc.
